This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's review application, dated 13.08.2024.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the review application filed by him before the first respondent under Tamilnadu Patta Passbook Act has not been taken up for hearing.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submits that the petitioner has filed the review application only on 13.08.2024. On seniority basis, it would be taken up 2/5

for hearing.

4.This Court has considered the rival submissions made. 5.The petitioner has filed the review application only on 13.08.2024. However, the first respondent shall try to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
