Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to conduct enquiry against the 5th respondent as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.08.2016, to take action against the 5th respondent for her personal involvement in grabbing the petitioner's patta land, remove the unlawful fencing put up through the police personnel of 5th respondent for grabbing the petitioner's patta land and to file a report to that effect before this Court within a reasonable time. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner against the fifth respondent on 23.08.2016.

2. In the considered view of this Court, the respondents 1 to 3 are not necessary parties in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, their names are deleted.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the complaint made by the petitioner dated 23.08.2017, by calling for an enquiry all the parties concerned and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of six(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
