JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2. The only reason for showing the door to the writ petitioner was that he had not cleared TET. However, before the learned single Judge, the writ petitioner succeeded. Aggrieved by the same, the department has filed this writ appeal. It is well settled that any Court including the writ Court should take note of the subsequent developments. The writ petitioner has since cleared TET.
