The petitioner with a grievance that a legal heir certificate has not been issued to this petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue a legal heir certificate for the death of his wife one Tamilselvi, by 1/4
considering his application.
2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that this petitioner has failed to enclose the required documents along with his application. Therefore, the application of this petitioner was returned. Now the petitioner has resubmitted the application along with the required documents and it would be considered within a reasonable time.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
