survey of land has not been considered by the respondents has filed this writ petition.

2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application for survey of her land would be considered on seniority basis and it would be completed within a reasonable time.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Survey Officer to complete the survey as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
