ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.5, apprehending arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 153(A), 307 I.P.C., in Crime No.332 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.12.2013, procession was conducted by one group of people. At that time, wordy quarrel arose between the above said group of people and another group of people and they assaulted each other. Hence, the complaint.

3. The petitioner was granted bail by the concerned trial Court. Thereafter, the petitioner did not appear before the concerned trial Court in S.C.No.146 of 2019 and so warrant has been issued against him. Seeking anticipatory bail, this petition has been filed, stating that compromise is reached between the parties and the petitioner is ready to appear before the concerned trial Court.

4. Since the warrant has been issued against this petitioner, he must surrender before the concerned Court and get the warrant recalled by setting out the facts and circumstances. There is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
