ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Trial Court".

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 16.12.2019, has directed the learned I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases(FAC), Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.C.NO.406/2018 in Cr.No.12/2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, at request of the learned I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases(FAC), Madurai, this Court vide order dated 16.06.2021 has granted two(2) months further time. The I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases(FAC), Madurai, has submitted a letter dated 16.09.2021, stating that the case was pending for the both side arguments and seeks further two(2) months time for disposal of the case.

CRL OP(MD) No.18819 of 2019 3.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for.
