(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to quash the case in C.C No.81 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in this case, all the witnesses were examined before the trial court and now the case is posted for arguments. 3.The above said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Under the above circumstances, this court is of the considered view that now the case is posted for arguments before the trial court, at this stage, the relief sought for by the petitioner to quash the C.C. No. 81 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, cannot be granted. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
