ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take further action on the complaint of the writ petitioner based on the report dated on 04.01.2023.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Murugan, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that earlier on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently another complaint came to be lodged by the writ petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry in current paper.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would 2/4

submit that the writ petitioner has already lodged a complaint and the same was closed.

5. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
