The petitioner, a Hospital Worker of Siddha Medicine Wing, has been transferred from the Government Primary Health Centre, Mudalur to the Government Primary Health Centre, Meignanapuram, by order dated 08.08.2022. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions provided by the District Siddha Medical Officer, submits that though the petitioner has been 2/4
transferred, the order of transfer has not been effected and he has been permitted to continue to work in the same place.
