This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.04 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent herein to any other Office. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, as action dropped on 15.12.2017.

3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
