PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the third respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.310/mines/2022, dated 02.09.2022 and also in the light of the petitioner's representation, dated 17.08.2022 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution if India seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.08.2022, in respect of the illegal quarrying of sand.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even though a representation was given on 17.08.2022 in respect of the illegal quarrying of sand, no action has been initiated so far. Therefore, sought for suitable directions.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that basing on the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.08.2022, enquiry was initiated as long ago and the revenue officials have visited the place and there was no illegal mining. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that, in case, if the petitioner has got any grievance, if the complaint is filed again, the respondent Police would take appropriate action on the complaint given by him.
