2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded a copy of the First Information Report in Crime No. 363 of 2024 registered by the Kuniamuthur Police Station at Coimbatore for the offences under Sections 309(4), 311 and 351(3) of BNS and that the son of the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore. A copy of the remand report has been forwarded to this Court.
