PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.105 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 22.07.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 174(3) of Cr.P.C., altered into Section 306, 304(B) of IPC, in Crime No.105 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant's deceased daughter were got married in the year 2022. The in-laws have harassed the deceased by asking additional dowry. The deceased asked Rs.5,000/- at the defacto complainant for buying grinder. When the defacto complainant went to the 1/3

petitioner's house on 21.07.2023 to see his daughter, the deceased had committed suicide by hanging. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are three previous cases were pending against the petitioner, out of which one case was disposed of.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, and also considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivakasi, and on further condition that shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 27/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / 27/09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
