The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that there was a compromise between the parties resulting the dissolution of marriage and the parties are also remarried thereafter.
2. In view of this development, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the DVC petition pending. Accordingly, the proceedings in D.V.C.No.5 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tanjore, is hereby set aside.
