J U D G M E N T
The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 03.10.2017 made in M.C.O.P.No.274 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that despite sending so many letters, there was no response.
3. It is seen from the records that the death of the sixth respondent was reported on 27.07.2023. Despite sufficient time, steps were not taken. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
