O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for early disposal of C.C.No.50 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy, Kanyakumari District.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.4 that the petitioner is aged about 64 years and the mother of the defacto complainant and that on account of pendency of C.C.No.50 of 2022, a lot of inconvenience is being caused to the petitioner and therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that summons have been issued to produce L.W.1 to L.W.3 and the matter is posted on 07.11.2023 and that the respondents Police have prepared to produce the witnesses as directed by the trial Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy, Kanyakumari District, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.50 of 2022 as expeditiously as 2/4

possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
