COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Aggrieved over the interim order dated 02.11.2022, passed by the Writ Court in W.M.P(MD) No.19049 of 2022 in W.P(MD) No.24950 of 2022, the 9th respondent in the said writ petition, has come up with this writ appeal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant will file appropriate application before the Writ Court to vacate the status quo order dated 02.11.2022.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Appeal is disposed of leaving it open to the appellant to file appropriate application before the Writ Court to vacate the status quo order, if so advised.
