The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 465, 466, 468, 471, 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.4 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused fabricated unregistered sale deed and obtained Lok Adalat decree by collusively and sold the property in question. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instruction from the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner was arrested.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
