ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.877 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint of the petitioner was registered as CSR.No.877 of 2023 and for the purpose of investigation, it has been transferred to Cyber Crime Police and it is submitted that within short time, the enquiry will be completed and in case if the petitioner has lost money, a case will also be registered.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.877 of 2023 and dispose of the same as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
