ORDER

The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 24.11.2020 passed by the second respondent in H.S.No.456/2020 and for direction to the second respondent to close the history sheet based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner was having two previous cases in the year 2009 and 2020 and in both cases, he was acquitted and he is not having any fresh case after 2020.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024 and take a decision in the next meeting.
