The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.27672 of 2023.
2. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted interim orders in W.A(MD)Nos.2668 and 2669 of 2025 on 06.01.2025. In view of the interim orders, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
