ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 4 herein to conduct proper enquiry and take necessary actions pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 03.04.2023 and 04.09.2024 on the file of the fourth respondent police official as expeditiously as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and at the time of enquiry, considering the fact that there existed civil dispute between the parties, the complaint was ordered to be closed and he has produced the copy of the proceedings. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
