ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 294(b), 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the false complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police is trying to arrest the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been wrongly implicated in this case.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, C.S.R.No.525 of 2023 has been issued and enquiry is still pending in this case.

4. Let the respondent enquire the issue and complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.
