ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant ordinary leave for one month under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules Act, 1982 to the petitioner's husband vitti alias Samraj, C.P.No.4544, presently confined in Central Prison, Madurai, based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 11.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.26255 of 2019 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2019, had been rejected by the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, by his proceedings in No.3246/cj.2/2019, dated 19.12.2019. 4.In view of the same, the writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law. No costs.
