ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the earlier complaint given by the third respondent was treated as a petition and the petitioner was called for an inquiry. When the petition was closed after the inquiry, the third respondent had approached the Court by way of a petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., and the same is again now referred to the respondent police. Only to conduct inquiry/investigation, the petitioner is now again called.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
