Crl.OP(MD)No.12713 of 2017 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was closed as "Action Dropped" by the 2nd respondent since the matter has already been compromised between the parties before this court in Crl.O.P (MD)No.8212 of 2018, which was disposed on 27.06.2018 and the same was also recorded by the proceedings of Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, in RCS No.249 of 2018, dated 16.11.2018. 3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
