PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.16 of 2023 to the 4th respondent to any the investigating agency more fully the CBCID/5th respondent herein and to file a final report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.B.Jameel Arasu For Respondents : Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl.side) O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.16 of 2023 to the 4th respondent to any the investigating agency more fully the CBCID/5th respondent herein and to file a final report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. A detailed report is filed by the 3rd respondent. Further it is submitted that the report sought for from the revenue authority regarding ownership, revenue records, etc. The above said enquiry will be taken in a proper manner and it will be completed within a period of three months.
