PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and accept the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2022 and thereby direct the 2nd respondent to not to take away the house hold articles or to damage any articles kept inside the petitioner's house in Old S.No.1197 and in Re.S.No.270/20 in Puthanthurai Post, Tharmapuram, Kanyakumari District till the disposal of S.A.No.355 of 2022 pending on the file of DRT, Madurai.
