ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.99 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the matter was listed today for reporting compromise, subsequent to that, there was some difference of opinion between the parties and they have decided to face the matter before the Magistrate. So, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn and the Trial Court is directed to dispose the matter on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12920 of 2017 merits at the earliest. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
