Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned notification issued by the 6th respondent in Na.Ka. No.12/2022/SH-2, dated 12.10.2022, published in the Daily News Paper "Dinamalar"on 17.10.2022 and consequential impugned order passed by the sixth respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.12/2022/SH-2, dated 12.10.2022 and quash the same as illegal. For Petitioner : Mr.H.Mohammed Imran, for M/s.Ajmal Associates.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed challenging the notification issued under Section 15(2) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act.

2. Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, final notification under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, has been issued and the petitioner has filed another writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.8158 of 2025,

challenging the notification issued under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to canvass the point raised by the petitioner in the other Writ Petition in WP(MD)No.8158 of 2025. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
