2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, an enquiry has been contemplated and it was concluded. They require two more weeks to pass a final order. A copy of the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner, Sivagangai in Na.Ka.No.888/2024/E1, dated 22.10.2024 is also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the enquiry has been concluded and final order is yet to be passed within a period of two weeks, this Contempt petition is closed.
