This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.85 of 2017, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the respondent police found that no offence has been committed and a closure report has been made ready to be filed before the concerned Court.
