RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6420 of 2019 Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4845 of 2019 in Crl.MP(MD)No.6301 of 2019 dt 06.08.2019 Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A. MITHUN CHAKRAVARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHA RAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- While granting bail to the petitioners, on 16.05.2019, a condition was imposed requiring them to stay at Chennai and appear before the Mylapore Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m.

Subsequently, the said condition was relaxed and the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m. every Monday and Thursday. Subsequently, on 06.08.2019, there was a further relaxation of the condition requiring the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month till the investigation is completed. The petitioners now seek further relaxation of the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.10327 of 2019 the need for appearance of the petitioners has ceased. 3.Therefore, the condition imposed by order, dated 06.08.2019 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
