ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent No.2 to file the final report in crime no.51/2022 on the file of the respondent no.2 police station within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed through E-Filing on 12.07.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), there shall be direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulate as 2/4

per rules.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
