PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.350/22 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.10.2022 for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 307, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.350 of 2022, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.10.2022, the petitioner abused the de-facto complainant in filthy language and attacked him with knife and also caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and due to money dispute, there was a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

quarrel happened between them. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 11.10.2022. Hence, she prays for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured person in this case is still in hospital and the petitioner is having 10 previous cases. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.

5.Considering the gravity and nature of the offence and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and also the fact that the injured person in this case is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
