ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Since six years have lapsed from the date of filing of the Writ Petition, the current situation is to be ascertained by the competent authorities for initiation of appropriate action.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sixth respondent is running an ice plant without any licence or proper permission. 3.In view of the complaint made, the respondents 2 to 5 are directed to conduct a field inspection, call for the relevant documents from the sixth respondent, verify the genuineness of the same and if any irregularity or illegality is identified, all appropriate actions are to be initiated by following the procedures as contemplated under law, after affording due opportunity to the parties.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
