This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide permission and police protection for the celebration on 28.11.2019 and 29.11.2019 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.11.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that they sent representation only by way of of post and no one is present and submitted any representation seeking permission.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent and submit his representation and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, if there is any counter party, after issuing notice to the counter party, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
