This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action in accordance with the order passed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Cr.M.P.No.1806 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as per direction issued by the Principal District cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Cr.M.P.No.1806 of 2018 dated 03.07.2018, the second respondent police registered a case in Crime No.355 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 420 of IPC and 4 of TN Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
