Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to transfer the case in S.C.No.426 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli to any other District competent Court. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, III Additional District Judge (FAC),Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No. 327/2021, dated 08.04.2021, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.426 of 2016. 2.This Court, by an order dated 20.09.

2019, directed the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the Court below had sent a letter dated 02.09.2020, for extension of time and the extension of time was granted for a further period of three months. 3.Now the learned III Additional Sessions Judge (i/c), Tirunelveli, has sent another letter dated 08.04.2021 requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.426 of 2016.
