JUDGMENT
(Order of the Court was made by P. VELMURUGAN.,J) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of this Court made in W.P (MD)No.21160 of 2017, dated 7.6.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.It is seen from the records that at the relevant point of time ie., from 2003 to 2008, there was no Tamil Medium in Madurai Law College. However, the first respondent filed the Writ Petition and based on the order made in the Writ Petition, he obtained certificate on 1.8.2018. Based on that subsequently he applied for the post of Additional Public Prosecutor conducted by the TamilNadu Public Service Commission and in this regard, 2/5
notification was issued on 3.10.2018. Subsequently, the first respondent got selected and he is now working as Additional Public Prosecutor. Though the learned Single Judge passed an order on 7.6.2018 and based on the said order certificate was issued to the first respondent/Writ Petitioner on 1.8.2018, however, the appellants have not filed the appeal from 7.6.2018 to 1.8.2018. Based on the order of the learned Single Judge after obtaining the certificate and also after applying for the post of Additonal Public Prosecutor, they filed the appeal only in the month of November 2018 and got an order of stay. However the first respondent made use of that certificate which was obtained based on the order of the learned Single Judge and got selected and joined the job and working in the said post as of now.
4. Considering all these facts, this Court does not want to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge for the special circumstances as stated above. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
