This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.192 of 2017, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti.
