To extend the time in Crl.OP(MD)No.18352/2022 dated 14.10.2022 for surrender before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN.N, Advocate for the petitioner in both the MPs and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the MPs, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai instead of the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18352 of 2022, dated 14.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, these petitions are allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and the time is extended for further two weeks for executing sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. sd/- 11/11/2022 / TRUE COPY / /11/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
