PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give police protection to the petitioner pursuant to the judgment and Decree dt 27.02.2015 made in O.S.No.206/2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk by considering the petitioner 's representation dated 03.09.2019 For Petitioner : M/s.K.Hemakarthikeyan For Respondents : Mr.R.Anandharaj No.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking police protection on the strength of the civil court decree passed in O.S.No.206 of 2011 as against the third respondent. In fact the third respondent also filed appeal and the same was dismissed in A.S.No.47 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai. Even then they are disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner. In this the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same is also pending on the file of the second respondent herein.

2. Considering the above facts and circumstances the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 03.09.2019 after issuing notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
