ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the First Respondent to instruct the Second Respondent herein not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the Respondent Police had issued summon on the Petitioner to attend the enquiry with regard to Crime No.327 of 2022.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry. The Respondent Police are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
