ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The Government seeks the delay of 2517 days to be condoned. The affidavit filed in support of this application is bereft of details. The order challenged in this appeal is dated 19.10.2016. An attempted review was also dismissed in 2022. The appeal is sought to be filed now. The only reason assigned is intervention of general election. We do not think that can be a reason for condonation of such long unexplained delay.
2. Hence, the application is dismissed. The Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD)No.SR74119 of 2024 stands rejected in the SR stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs.
