No. 9 of 2010 on the file of the III Addl Sessions Court, Tirunelveli to any other Competent nearby District Court. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time" and up on earlier order of this Court order dated 20/09/2019 and requestion letter submitted by the III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, letter D.No.2901/2023 dated 17/10/2023, this Court made following order:

"This criminal original petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.9 of 2010.

2. The learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, sent a letter, dated 17.10.2023, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of S.C.No.9 of 2010, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 27.10.2022.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.9 of 2010 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "
