Stanley Medical College and to review the order of suspension passed against the petitioner by the 3rd Respondent in Ref.No.2704/E3/2017 dated 28.09.2022 and to reinstate the petitioner into service, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is working as Dark Room Assistant in Government Medical College and Hospital, Sivagangai. He has been suspended from service on 28.09.2022. Questioning the same, the petitioner has filed W.P.(MD)No.25390 of 2022. He has also filed W.P.(MD)No.5923 of 2023 for considering his representation. The 3/6

petitioner came to be suspended only on the ground that the credentials furnished by him at the time of appointment are allegedly non-existent. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that if the petitioner produces the valid certificate in support of his claims, the suspension order would be revoked.

3.Without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
