Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Petitioner and None appeared for the 1st Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/respondent Police to extend the time to complete the investigation. 2.It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that this Court has directed the prosecution to complete the investigation within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. However, the investigation is not yet been completed, due to want of sanction for prosecution from the second respondent.
