Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of petitioner's minor grandson named Ranveer,
S/o.Umadevi, who is aged 7 years and petitioner's daughter named Umadevi, D/o.Veluchamy, who is aged 33 years, from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent and produce them before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.) Pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court on 18.11.2022, the matter was posted for hearing today.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue, Umadevi came before the respondent police and gave written statement to the effect that she married one Mohammed Riyas Kaja Mydeen and that she wants to live with him. However, the seven years old boy was handed over to the petitioner. The petitioner was also present before this Court along with his grandson.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said Umadevi had taken valuable jewelleries and money along with her and the same should be secured.
4. In the considered view of this Court, the relief sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner goes beyond the scope of this petition and the petitioner has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
